Callie is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at <a href=\"https:\/\/mosaictherapy.com\/team-members\/calandra-plattner-bcba-lpa\/\">Mosaic Pediatric Therapy<\/a>, and happens to be a fellow <a href=\"https:\/\/cla.auburn.edu\/psychological-sciences\/applied-behavior-analysis\/\">Auburn<\/a> grad (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/War_Eagle\">War Eagle<\/a>!).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now longtime listeners will know that we've covered MI on the podcast before. Back in <a href=\"https:\/\/behavioralobservations.com\/how-motivational-interviewing-helps-reduce-alcohol-abuse-in-young-adults-session-158-with-jim-murphy\/\">Session 158<\/a>, my friend Dr. Jim Murphy, who incidentally also happens to be an Auburn grad, discussed MI in the context of helping young adults reduce binge drinking and other substance-related problems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, my good friend and colleague, Dr. Paulie Gavoni, has been talking about MI for years.
