In our discussion, we spent a fair amount of time talking about the literature on the use of psychedelics for the treatment of a variety of behavioral and mental health challenges.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none;\" src=\"\/\/html5-player.libsyn.com\/embed\/episode\/id\/14468423\/height\/90\/theme\/custom\/thumbnail\/yes\/direction\/backward\/render-playlist\/no\/custom-color\/f90808\/\" width=\"100%\" height=\"90\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>I recently got the opportunity to extend this conversation with Dr. Matthew Johnson (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Drug_Researcher\">@Drug_Researcher<\/a>). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hopkinsmedicine.org\/profiles\/results\/directory\/profile\/0800020\/matthew-johnson\">Matt Johnson<\/a> is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at John Hopkins University, and he's been a leading figure in this area of research for over 15 years. As such, I'm a little more than humbled to chat with him on Behavioral Observations!<\/p>\n<p>In our chat, we did a quick overview of Delay Discounting, talked about decision making with condom usage, and the behavioral economics of cannabis.
