However, for those who don't know him, Brett is the Founder and CEO of Brett DiNovi and Associates, which is the largest ABA provider on the East Coast of the United states.<\/p>\n<p>In this episode, we discuss how we briefly met more almost 15 years ago and how he got started in ABA. We also talk a lot about the ups and downs of running a successful ABA agency, and how BDA is not only expanding into new marketplaces, but how it is supporting other independent ABA providers.<\/p>\n<p>Compared to Brett's short and sweet YouTube videos, this is a long-form conversation, and I'm betting you'll learn a lot more about who he is, how he sees the field, and how he has managed to create a winning company culture.<\/p>\n<p>I mentioned his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/TheBdinovi1\">main YouTube channel<\/a> already, and in this conversation, Brett lets us know about another channel that his company has launched, called \"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCTMBP8ce9x2_nMtIeyMhgSA\">Hacking Clinical Behavior<\/a>.\" If you have a chance, go check them out, and give them a thumbs up and share with friends if you like them.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Brett DiNovi and Associates is hosting a great event called\u00a0\"<strong><a class=\"validating\" href=\"http:\/\/campaign.r20.constantcontact.com\/render?m=1116006240008&amp;ca=e35fea05-4686-4954-bc9e-8e6f386a17f3\">Growing up with Skinner<\/a><\/strong>\".
