{"id":62,"date":"2015-10-30T10:39:00","date_gmt":"2015-10-30T14:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.behavioralobservations.com\/?p=62"},"modified":"2016-01-03T20:03:59","modified_gmt":"2016-01-04T01:03:59","slug":"update-behavioralobservations-com","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/behavioralobservations.com\/be_obs\/update-behavioralobservations-com","title":{"rendered":"An update on the direction of this site"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.behavioralobservations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_0013.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-61\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.behavioralobservations.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_0013-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0013\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-61\" \/><\/a>Well, it's been a while since my last post, and I'm tempted to make several references to Dick Malott's work in the area of <a href=\"http:\/\/dickmalott.com\/books\/2013\/2\/12\/ill-stop-procrastinating-when-i-get-around-to-it.html\">procrastination<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>However, in an effort to stay on task, I want to let you know that I have made some decisions about the nature and directions of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.behavioralobservations.com\">behavioralobservations.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>First, I have learned that keeping a consistent blog is not something that my lifestyle currently supports. That means that some of the initial ideas that went into creating this site (blogging about conferences, techniques, product reviews, etc...) are going to be put on the back burner for the indefinite future.<\/p>\n<p>Second, I will be focusing exclusively on producing the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.behavioralobservations.com\/?page_id=55\">Behavioral Observations podcast<\/a>.
